*What You Do.*

* Oversee and support maintenance of the organization structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for hourly individual contributor positions; Assists Compensation by scheduling and conducting hourly job evaluations; ensuring pay structure system is administered and adhered to for all positions.
* Contribute to a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace by counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
* Manage new hire orientation and leads continuous improvement of new hire/leader onboarding and training programs.
* Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of salaried and hourly employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
* Support implementation and appraisal of New Leader Assessments for Managers and Supervisors.
* Recommend disciplinary action and termination decision to Associate Director Employee Experience
* Subject Matter Expert for Ethics Point & investigation process. Promotes effective investigation and documentation techniques, utilization of the designated online case management tool for documentation, reporting and trend analysis.
* Assist Employee Experience Managers with complex investigations by providing counsel and facilitating prompt and effective resolution of workplace concerns.
* Maintain broad knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Compensation and Benefits programs; serves as a liaison between employees and appropriate subject matter expert.
* Partner with Employee Experience Managers to ensure legal compliance with applicable human resource federal and state requirements, including Affirmative Action plans.
* Oversee the maintenance of historical human resource records in the company HRIS; keeping past and current records.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
* Facilitate short term staffing plans by leading weekly labor review meetings and partnering with Talent Acquisition on required hiring activity with general oversight from Associate Director.
* Partner with Scheduling Managers and Schedulers across all locations to implement and ensure consistent scheduling protocols.
* Develop and/or oversee the development and maintenance of internal Employee Experience standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Lead broad Employee Experience team initiatives with general oversight from Associate Director.
* Maintain complete and steadfast confidentiality in all matters regarding Human Resources.
* Guide and support Associate Employee Experience Managers and Employee Experience Managers with customer compliance survey requests and audits
* Coordinate Employee Experience coverage across assigned locations.
* Travel between company locations is required.

*Your Education and Experience.*
* Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; with minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources; 5-7 years HR Generalist experience with 2+ years in a corporate environment preferred.

9. Business Acumen: including Strategic agility, Business knowledge, Systems thinking, Economic awareness, Effective Administration, Knowledge of government and regulatory guidelines, HR and Organizational Metrics/Analytics/Business Indicators
