A day in the life...

Responsible for annual Member Engagement marketing strategy, plan, and team management to increase member awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with Product & Tech leaders to execute on strategies and campaigns that drive business objectives
• Oversee the development of member-facing marketing campaigns including digital, print, SMS and social media
• Provide direction, prioritization and resourcing for the marketing operations, campaign design, implementation, analytics and creative teams
• Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
• Manage marketing budget and expenditures with focus on campaign ROI and outcomes on engagement and successfully completing members' health opportunities
• Develop and execute campaign experimentation and optimization
• Accountable for achieving OKRs and refining key results and goals each quarter
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and health plan policies as required

What we are looking for...
• Bachelor of Science and/or Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
• 10-15+ years of lifecycle marketing operations (B2B, B2C consumer products), product marketing and/or general management with demonstrated ability to build and execute marketing strategy and plan
• Strong background in the healthcare industry with health plans, healthcare application providers and/or healthcare technology marketplace
• Strong understanding of factors that influence healthcare consumer behavior and engagement
• Management experience with leading, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented employees
• Critical thinking and problem solver; decisions made from experimentation and data
• Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, including proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to think strategically, and execute methodically
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is a must
• Demonstrated ability to use hard data to back up assumptions and influence behavior change
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary with a positive attitude and fit with the Accolade team culture
• A demonstrated record of partnering with teams across an organization to influence and achieve business results across multiple teams who may have different goals
• Proven creativity in the solutions and operational execution that you've helped deliver
