Overview:

Work with employees in the Picking Department to insure orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Continuously monitor team's workflow. Operate computer using HQ400P/WMI to monitor inventory and palletize cases on completed orders.

Responsibility:

• Fill out production and time sheets daily.
• Prepare all orders for team to start on each day checking all paperwork.
• Check on all goods that are short of inventory and back order when needed.
• Responsible for writing adjustments on mixed and wrong goods to get inventory
  back into the system.
• Check status of completed orders using WMI system.
• Coordinate trailers that are to be loaded and unloaded.
• Work on packouts, weight and cubes and sample displays.
• Perform any other tasks requested by Supervisor that is required of the position
• Make inventory adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact positively with employees at all levels and under a variety of conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules when necessary.
• Certification or ability to be certified required for powered equipment.
• Strong communication/presentation skills, verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to perform with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn and comprehend distribution/production business is required.
• Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment.
• Strong resolution skills required for resolving daily inaccuracy issues. Must be able to work well under time constraints.

Must be able to work safely in a fast paced team environment
