Job Description: PayPal is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join its Global Sourcing organization within the People, Sourcing Org. The person in this position will work closely strategic sourcing managers as well as the business teams within all functions to ensure that procurement activities are aligned in accordance with PayPal's strategy as well as planned and prioritized in the most efficient manner in order to achieve optimal usage of resources and deliver maximum business benefit. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Drive business & data analysis including financial, contractual, and operational performance to help support Strategic Sourcing projects
  • Partner with and provide management reporting oversight of assigned business units for analytics, reporting, and recommendations
  • Oversee day to day purchasing activities in our global purchasing tools. This will include catalog management, contract compliance and working closely with buyers.
  • Support M&A projects under Global Sourcing's Vendor M&A onboarding playbook's criteria by performing checks on PayPal's internal systems (SAP ECC, Ariba, Fieldglass).
  • Assist Procure to Pay in managing projects, working in tandem with PayPal Vendor Risk Management & Sourcing department to maximize value while minimizing expense.
  • Manages Key Performance Indicators and monitors relevant productivity and operational metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent - Focus in Finance or Supply Chain Preferred
  • Analytical, detail oriented, organized, and independent.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel and data aggregation skills
  • Able to collaborate with remote teams effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Position Information and Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of work experience.
  • Must have graduated with a degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Must reside in the U.S.
  • Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
