<ul><li>Identify, develop and deploy best practice supplier management, sourcing, and category management practices including responsibility for the development and maintenance of Sub-Category plans in alignment with business units</li><li>Analyze spend data, internal requirements, and external supply markets to develop strategic sourcing strategies and plans aligned with the business goals</li><li>Manage complex sourcing projects (i.e. eRFx) and lead contract negotiations that optimize value to the company</li><li>Negotiate and manage a wide variety of contracts for any of several service categories (i.e. Engineering Services, Outsourced Operations, Data Collection, Quality Assurance, Consultancies)</li><li>Develop strong collaborative relationships with key business partners and cross functional teams to strategically manage spend and establish a preferred supplier program to channel spend appropriately</li><li>Serve as "Account Manager" interfacing with the business units at an executive level to understand budgets and business roadmaps</li><li>Act as sourcing subject matter expert in consulting with the business on sourcing strategies, processes, policies, and best practices</li><li>Develop strong partnerships with Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Finance, Contingent Workforce and Legal teams</li><li>Lead process-improvement projects to streamline Source-to-Pay processes</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, supply chain, procurement, management or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in Sourcing or Procurement with indirect categories</li><li>3+ years of experience in category management developing and implementing indirect services category plans</li><li>Experience managing global contract documents through execution</li><li>Experience in taking large quantities of data, performing analysis and making succinct recommendations on sourcing opportunities</li><li>Influencing and changing management experience with experience managing multiple priorities</li><li>Experience implementing strategic sourcing and process improvement initiatives</li><li>Experience in planning sourcing, negotiating, contracting and supplier management</li></ul>

<ul><li>Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, supply chain, procurement, management or related field</li><li>Direct experience Sourcing for Engineering services on behalf of consumer hardware businesses</li></ul>
