Top Reasons to Work with Us As a Solutions Architect, your focus is on the customer. ou will be involved in all stages of customer development, from assessing and proposing the best-fit solution, to planning the implementation, and managing deployment feedback, remotely and on-site. You will collaborate with all Engineering teams to learn everything there is to know about the hardware, deep learning, computer vision, motion planning, robotic control, etc. components of our product so that you are able to help solve all manner of technical problems that might arise and generate support documentation to improve our processes.
What You Will Be Doing -Analyze customer needs and understand requirements to develop feasible solutions through customer meetings and site visits
-Ensure successful implementation through improvements and revisions to the existing processes
-Write proposals, assessment reports and other support documentations with Sales
-Occasional traveling to customer facilities for site assessments and sales conversations (up to 40% travel).
-Generate system concept and layout designs with tools including CAD
-Validate system performance with tools including robot simulation and visualization
-Review and approve technical details in customer communication including proposals
-List required components and development items and provide Bill of Materials and cost estimates
-Participate in solution roadmap discussions and lead the collaboration initiative with external partners and internal stakeholders
-Serve as the subject matter expert, have technical sessions with prospective customers and respond to their technical questions.
-Run the sales demo and contribute by troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems to make sure equipment is operational
What You Need for this Position -Understanding of each technology and machinerys capabilities and limitations
-Industry experience in the fields of warehousing, distribution, logistics or manufacturing as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Design Engineer, Sales Engineer or equivalent roles, ideally at a material handling company or -system integration company that plays a role of primary or secondary contractor
-Experience in writing a proposal or a SoW for either control, electrical or mechanical system in the fields of Factory Automation and Warehouse Automation
-Ability to lead the technical conversation with customers and internal team
-Ability to prepare or write up material needed to proceed customer and partner conversations
-Familiar with tools for documentation, spreadsheet, and presentation (such as Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides)
-Ability to read and understand the electrical and mechanical diagrams
