GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Android development in an embedded environment for multiple users ensuring safety of the end-to-end solution. Develop new software packages using build and versioning tools, including Git, Repo, Ant and Gradle. Perform Android operating system development, including adding additional libraries and features and modifying a custom Bluetooth stack. Design and code software with exceptional quality, meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments. Evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications. Work closely with the Software Quality Assurance team to test, troubleshoot, resolve, and release production software.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related

Experience Requirements: Three years of software engineering experience In lieu of a bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related and three years of software engineering experience, employer will accept five years of software engineering experience.

Special Skills: Must have work experience in each of the following: 1) Android development experience in an embedded environment for multiple users ensuring safety of the end-to-end solution; 2) develop new software packages using build and versioning tools, including Git, Repo, Ant and Gradle; and 3) Android operating system development, including adding additional libraries and features and modifying a custom Bluetooth stack.

Salary: $125,445
