Location: SeaTac, WA
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Software Engineer 5 Top Secret Clearance REQUIRED

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Software Test & Integration Engineer Leads activities to develop, document and maintain complex architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems.
• Leads development of code and integration of complex software components into a fully functional software system.
• Develops software verification plans, test procedures and test environments, executing the test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met.
• Provides technical leadership for software projects and leads software supplier management activities. Leads development, selection, tailoring and deployment of processes, tools and metrics. Leads software research and development projects.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes and regulations. Tracks and evaluates software team and supplier performance to ensure product and process conformance to project plans and industry standards.
• Trains and mentors others. Works under consultative direction. Primary Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning, development and implementation of the assembly and integration of satellite subsystems and spacecraft.
• Assist in Satellite system and subsystem assembly and integration procedure development, review and execution.
• Assist in the Systems Test Engineering team in the planning, execution and status of subsystem and system level testing.
• Apply technical knowledge to determine and set technical objectives to analyze, investigate and resolve advanced engineering problems; including future applications, and engineering developments
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors of Science degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics or related technical field of study
  
• This position requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
