RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Delivery Manager in Boca Raton, FL.Essential Functions:

• Software Delivery Manager oversees full life-cycle development of system and software projects in an SOP-driven environment, including internal and external web development teams
• Project manage and work with internal and external outsourced Solution architects, Project Managers, Technical Integrations Consultants, Functional Applications Consultants, and web development teams
• Follow the project scope of an online project that goes from the proposal stage to the technical scope of work, and finally to the delivery of the web stores product
• Provide periodic project status tasks - reports, workflows, and systems diagrams to be presented to company stakeholders
• As a Software Delivery Manager, you will be setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
• Implements B2B/B2C digital webstores solutions by monitoring project progress; Tracking action items; Conducting design and implementation reviews; Examining, researching, and resolving issues; Escalating issues to appropriate teams; Responding to team members' concerns; Coordinating requirements with business units' departments
• Drive unique, engaging experiences with UX and interactive design
• Provide recommendations to management on the platforms, approaches, and technologies best suited to meet company goals
• Provide recommendations on established and emerging web technologies
• Provide technical guidance and accurate estimates for specific development tasks in support of B2B/B2C IT WebDev Project Management plans and timelines
• Oversee development of web projects using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Liquid, SQL, and web services, and third-party tools
• Software Delivery Managers oversee implementation and maintenance of B2C, B2B, Marketplace integrations platform and Product Information Management platforms

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT related field
• 3 years of experience working experience in web programming for B2B and B2C website platforms
• 2 years of Project Management Methodology experience with B2C, B2B, and Marketplace E-commerce Platforms in a creative setting
• Possesses knowledge and hands-on experience in software project management, including project planning and documentation; Requirements-gathering; Level of effort estimating; Risk mitigation; Design and development; Configuration management; Software testing; And roll-out strategies
• Experience with eCommerce Platforms such as Big Commerce, Shopify, or any other eCommerce platforms
• Top-notch programming skills and in-dept knowledge of web programming languages
• Experienced in managing and scoping technical projects, providing accurate estimates of work, and resource management
• Strong understanding of information architecture as it relates to both front-end and back-end development
• Proven ability to work well in fast-paced growing environment and demonstrates ability to adapt to new technologies and trends
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Strong understanding of project management roles and responsibilities
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to meet and communicate with Internal and External stakeholders with web development best practices, including cross-browser development, tablet and mobile website development, and responsive design
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Analytical, methodical, and driven by data
• Creative thinker and a self-starter
