Bunkers Grill is our snack bar located on The Legend Golf Course and provides our guests with convenient, delicious food and refreshing beverage offerings. This job is perfect for anyone looking for fun, summer seasonal employment. Both part time and full time positions available.

Hours: Flexible scheduling available. Rotating weekends and some holiday work required. Hours may be affected by weather and time of year.

JOB SUMMARY

The Snack Bar Cook is responsible for the cooking and preparation ofmenu items while ensuring all guests dining needs are met in a professional andtimely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assists in the set-up and preparation of the snack bar for daily opening and/or properly shutting down the snack bar at business close.
  
• Prepares and cooks food items by cutting, chopping, grilling and frying.
  
• Accurately prepares orders ensuring orders meet proper presentation and accuracy standards.
  
• Maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handing food and ensures correct storage.
  
• Practices proper workplace health and safety procedures.
  
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

• Partial High School education required. High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  
• Prior cooking experience preferred.
  
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation, preferred.
  
• Ability to work prioritize and multi-tasks.
  
• Team oriented; courteous and cooperative

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• As the seasonal business depends on the weather conditions and volume of business, scheduled work hours may fluctuate due to the nature of the business. The
• Snack Bar Attendant must be available to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays.
  
• Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently.
  
• Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 25 lbs. regularly, 30-35 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  
• Ability to stand for the entire work day.
  
• Ability to work in a range of temperatures depending on the weather.
  
• Reading and writing work-related documents in English.
  
• Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of customers and co-workers and the ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by customers and co-workers in English.
  
• Physical presence at the job site is essential to perform job duties.
