The Shipping Clerk position will be responsible for processing paperwork, printing pick tickets and labels. This position will report directly to the Distribution Supervisor. This includes collection, analysis and summarizing of data on the production floor. The Production Allocator will be responsible for the day to day allocations is accordance to the production plan, including, administrative paperwork, system maintenance, executing schedules. Must be flexible and available for overtime when business needs require. The successful candidate will have proven abilities to problem solve, communicate effectively with multiple departments, multi task, and ensure tasks are followed through to completion. This position is highly visible due to the nature of production volume.

* Performs a variety of clerical functions, including processing paperwork, printing print tickets and labels, data entry, and assisting truck drivers with pickups.* Process bill of ladings* Process meeting reports as needed. * Direct truck drivers to docks for product pick up* Assist Accessory Department with printing of Pick Lists and Labels* Perform functions for shipping UPS* Execution of JDE allocations* Print, organize and distribute production labels* Management of unsuccessful allocations* Analyze allocation failures * Assist with planning production sequence* Organizing and the distribution of production and mill paper work to various work cells* Updating order status and releasing work orders to production* Work closely with Production, Inventory Control, Receiving, to validate availability of materials for planned production* Assist with processing special order requests* Assist in the orchestration of all production and support departments to flow the production process through the plant as quickly and efficiently as possible.* Attending necessary meetings* Maintain Production Label control * Performs other duties as assigned* Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with customers, visitors and other employees. * Comply with company policies and procedures
