DESCRIPTION:

ANDRITZ Separation Inc is looking for a Service Product Specialist in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. This person will provide Sales, Engineering & Product support and execution for the Service Division for the Dryer product lines across all industries in North America. The Service Product Specialist will be responsible for all functions related to the sales execution efforts for Andritz Separation with respect to this equipment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:

• Builds new customer relationships in effort to increase assigned product line sales.

• Supports salesforce request for product information.

• Assist CSR and Field Sales with quoting of assigned product line.

• Develops SME (subject matter expert) level of product and application knowledge for CSR, ASM and FS.

• Delivers product and application training to customers and sales force.

• Provide product and technical support to Product Management Team, Field Service, Service Centers and Sales Force.

• Participate in new product development.

• Work with marketing to maintain product information line.

• Assist in developing sales and marketing material.

• Assist with setting price levels for assigned product line within company gross margins.

• Responsible for margin and volume growth on assigned product line.

• Works independently of product manager assistance.

• Provide Daily CIC and service reports on duty completed.

• Travel 50% to USA, Canada and Mexico.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• General knowledge of Drum Dryers, Fluid Bed Dryers and/or Dryer Systems is preferable
