Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$75,525.00-$120,840.00

Summary:

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced development team in a mainframe environment. You will leverage industry best practices and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. This individual will work on the testing of new features as well as production defect tickets. This individual will also perform as a mentor for other, less experienced testers.

Position Details:

Qualifications/Preferred Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in a testing or testing-related position.

• Be effective at communicating and collaborating across multiple teams, ensuring understanding of both verbal and written material.

• Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies/processes.

• Knowledge of CSG's ACP/CCS system processes.

• Significant experience using automated testing tools.

• Extensive experience developing and implementing test plans, including documentation of test results and issues found.

• Experience working in and supporting a DevOps organization.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Be a self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science field or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in SAFe/Scrum/Kanban is favorable.

• Communicate technical and non-technical issues/content clearly
