RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Mooresville, NC.Overview:The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and to deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. This includes developing, configuring, or modifying complex integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. This role facilitates the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications.Key Tasks:- Senior Software Engineer translates complex cross-functional business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs, code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions; Partners with Product Team to understand business needs and functional specifications
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure specifications are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable solution designs; Evaluates project deliverables to ensure they meet specifications and architectural standards
- Coordinates, executes, and participates in component integration (CIT) scenarios, systems integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify application errors and to ensure quality software deployment
- Participates in all software development end-to-end product lifecycle phases by applying and sharing an in-depth understanding of complex company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls
- Has solid grasp of software design patterns and approaches; Understands application-level software architecture; Makes technical trade-off decisions at application level
- Automates and simplifies team development, test, and operations processes; Develops detailed architecture plans for large scale enterprise architecture projects and drives the plans to fruition
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
- 5 years of experience in software development or a related field
- 4 years of experience in database technologies
- 4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)
- Frontend UI Lead Engineers with ReactJS hands-on experience
- Hands-on a Front End Software Engineer who have experience in React, JavaScript & HTML5, Rest API, GraphQL, MFE, AngularJS
- Hands on experience in Restful APIs, microservice architecture using, AngularJS/NodeJS/React (preferred), JavaScript HTML5 are must & groovy script is plus
- Exposure to CDN, API Gateway, and Service Mesh
- Good to have exposure to test driven development with mandatory experience in mocking frameworks like Mockito
- Understanding on client server architecture, and have interest in exploring good standard in software design, solving system problems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
