Founded in 1998 we are a SaaS company that provides network and software solutions that automate business processes. We started with the idea that technology could be used effectively to save businesses time and money and make lives easier. This is a growth position reporting directly to the CEO - this role will start as a senior engineer and transition into leadership after a few short months of bonding with the team. Our company is experiencing steady growth and we need a passionate engineer with the desire to lead a team of 6 engineers.
What You Will Be Doing - Manage the entire development lifecycle of the Workplace solution
- Oversee, create, and implement software products and applications
- Research and implement new technologies to lead product innovation
- Plan, direct. and coordinate the actions of the development team
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the organization
- Act as a liaison between the software development department and senior leadership
- Design, develop, validate, deploy and maintain various applications and interfaces using current company processes, style guidelines, and technology.
- Review change requests and support cases to remain familiar with key customer concerns and high impact support issues
- Schedule resources and plan out sprints and releases. Work with the product manager and marketing team to define product roadmap and release schedule.
What You Need for this Position - 4+ yrs of Angular experience
- 4+ yrs of Azure experience
- At least 2 years of implementing Microservices
- 3+ yrs of C# / .Net
- 6+ months of leadership experience
- Experience with either Docker or Kubernetes

Preferred Skills:
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- At least a year of experience with React
- 2 yrs of Docker or Kubernetes experience
