Hays Property have partnered with an extremely successful Property Developer and Owner who are looking to hire a successful a Senior Property Manager to support two Class A office assets, both operationally and financially, as well as provide support to the Director of Property overseeing the portfolio.

Your new role
You are an extremely successful Office Property Manager who understands ownership requirements, tenant expectations, building operations and staff/contractor performance. Supporting the tenants and Director, you will always be looking to asses and reassess the asset and its resources, identifying priorities and objectives, improving operations and customer experience.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 8+ years of real estate office class A property management experience. You will have a good understanding of how to analyze commercial or mixed-use asset financial statements, with the ability to use past experiences and knowledge to improve NOI without sacrificing stakeholder experience. You pride yourself on your ability to deliver an exceptional service to the tenants and the operations you would oversee.
