Senior Project Manager If you are a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of complex project experience, please read on!

NOTE: In this role, you will be overseeing LEED Gold and Platinum projects
What You Will Be Doing The Senior Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex building projects and a willingness to travel to various job sites regionally. Project scope will be diverse including: ground up commercial construction, K-12, higher education, high-rise, healthcare, airports and more!
What You Need for this Position 10+ years of relevant vertical construction project management experience and:

- Bachelors Degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar)
- LEED certification and/or PMP is a PLUS
- Prior experience representing a self-performing contractor
- RFI and change order experience
- Prior experience with ground up construction projects 20M+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective deadline management skills
- Proficiency with Prolog, MS Project, Excel, and/or Primavera
- Ability to delegate effectively
- Prior estimating experience is a PLUS
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

NOTE: Degree requirement can be waived with relevant certs and experience.
