POSITION PURPOSE:
To provide operations management leadership to the New Construction Service Center to support all key functions within the service center which fall under Operations Service Management. This position includes coordinating work activities with the Regional Operation Managers and Sales Organization to work closely with the New Construction Customers.

Experience
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of successful operations experience in a manufacturing or customer service environment.
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining an effective operations team.
Experienced in developing, implementing operations programs to support the operations or sales team.



Skills
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft office products.
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to build effective business relationships.
Education
Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or engineering.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage internal operations including Design, Order Processing, Customer Service, Account Receivables, QMS and office management.
Develop and manage internal operation team to effectively support both the field and sales teams.
Develop business relationships to promote builder direct sales and efficient operations.
Provide effective customer service to all customers.
Lead the Reginal Quality activities including the management of the QMS activity.
Support sales effort to achieve a richer product mix.
Build and implement new construction operation plans for specified territory.
Promote and develop business relationships with new construction customers toward providing a superior customer experience.
Create a work team environment to support both sales and operations.
Recruit, develop and retain an effective operations team using effective team management philosophy; and motivate operations teams to meet or exceed sales and expense targets.
Sales growth, penetration, and overall market share through a superior customer experience.
Effective expense management to improve profitability of all customers concerning pricing, product mix, and program costs.
Overall strategy development in support of 2025 vision.
Following all AWC policies and procedures in performing responsibilities of the job.
Maintaining and promoting a team spirit among all AWC personnel.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the management and supervision over Design, Customer Service, Order Processing, Quality Management System and Accounts Receivable's.



SCOPE & EXPECATIONS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers/clients in an effort to carry out responsibilities or respond to common inquiries from customers/clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community and public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret graphs and diagrams.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk; talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds overhead.
Reports to: General Manager
Travel Requirements:
Significant travel, both in and out of town, is required. Travel is typically by company car and commercial air carrier. Occasional weekend work and extended evening hours is required.
