Position: Senior Manager II, Product Management

Location: 702 S.W. 8th Street, Mail Stop 0215, Bentonville, AR 72716

Duties: Define vision and strategies for automation technologies using internal and external requirements. Build business cases and provide design solutions to resolve implementation issues. Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs. Integrate large-scale new automation technology for greenfield and brownfield retail sites to enhance operational efficiencies and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and increase productivity. Implement efficiencies and best practices in product, automation, and operations to help speed the delivery and quality of products. Grow, influence, and manage high-visibility key relationships. Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals and gain buy-in from executive leadership and partners. Supervise one employee (Manager II, Product Management). Telecommuting/working from home anywhere in the U.S. is permissible.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Communications, or related field and 6 years of experience in product management or related field; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Communications, or related field and 9 years of experience in product management or related field.

Skills required: Experience troubleshooting Operational, Engineering, and Replenishment processes. Experience using data to understand process gaps and execute root cause analysis. Experience building data, creating visualization dashboards, executing data wrangling and statistical analysis, and creating custom reports for decision making and for leadership level communication. Experience establishing partnerships with cross functional teams to ideate and execute key business strategies across different vendors. Experience translating and documenting technical needs to fully integrate a product and automation and operations processes to ensure a sustainable solution. Experience translating technical product needs into user stories and managing their execution. Experience implementing new automation solution technologies and establishing best practices in Retail Engineering, Operations, and Replenishment. Experience documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and change management literature. Experience leading teams in defining and executing strategies for automation technologies. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $115,482/year to $220,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
