Mosaic is seeing a Senior Manager - Corporate Security to be based out of our Executive Offices in Downtown Tampa, Florida. This position will provide leadership and technical expertise for developing, implementing and administering an organization-wide security strategy, business travel, training and overall security program for Mosaic across our Global enterprise and will play an instrumental role in strengthening Mosaic's global corporate, project and supply chain security network by engaging in risk assessment and mitigation strategies that protect people, business operations and company assets. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Develops and advocating global security policy, governance, standards, training and operational measures to streamline security operations, minimize loss and mitigate risk exposure.
  • Identifies, assess and prioritize efforts to mitigate and manage risk, while adapting the security posture.
  • Manages all corporate investigations internationally.
  • Provides quick and comprehensive response to critical security-related incidents against employees or assets.
  • Identifies, develops, implements, and maintains Company security processes, asset protection measures across all business units to reduce risks, respond to incidents and limit exposure to liability in all areas.
  • Provides expertise, direction and support on all matters relating to physical security, security risk identification, analysis and integration, production operations, security awareness, crisis management, travel security, executive security and investigative matters.
  • Develops and manage creative and cost-effective global security programs and solutions to protect company assets.
  • Drafts and implement Global Security policies, management systems, procedures, guidelines, standards, and best practices, evaluating enterprise wide effectiveness and adherence to these measures.
  • Coordinates the development, implementation and maintenance of Emergency Response Plans, Crisis Response Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans.
  • Interfaces with other business areas and divisions to accomplish cooperative goals, representing Global Security in multidisciplinary initiatives.
  • Designs and maintain training programs on workplace violence, investigations, and other related topics.
  • Directly manages Global Security department personnel and consultants.

You will be a great fit for this Position, if you possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, Security, or related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required.
  • In lieu of the ten (10) years of required experience - the employer will also accept a Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, Security, or related field is preferred with at least at least five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • ASIS Certification is required.
  • Management or supervisory experience in Industrial Security, Military, or Law enforcement is required.
  • Ability to interact across all levels of management and across all business units.
  • Effectively interact with front line employees from the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • The ability to work across the company's business units and functions to effectively lead the global security program.
  • Experience with physical security/asset protection methodology and implementation is required.
  • Investigation protocol, including interview techniques, reporting, collection of evidence, and legal requirements is required.
  • Experience with emergency response planning & execution, crisis management, disaster recovery operations and business continuity is required.
