Primary Function of Position:

In this technical role, you will help build and implement data management processes and Data Governance Standards.  This role will also consult on business data architectural strategies to improve business processes, enterprise capabilities and eliminate redundancy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support RA/QA leadership to optimize business systems data as it gets created and consumed through business processes within eQMS, Product Hub, RIM, and related applications and through Enterprise Analytics tools.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity to propose tactical and long-term data solutions to overcome data gaps as well as data infrastructure deficits.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex business problems and propose technical solutions in a non-technical manner.
  • Roadmap for Data Governance Operational processes, including data dictionary’s, glossary of business terms, lineage, etc.
  • Facilitate Data Governance workstreams and participate in Business projects as needed to achieve business outcomes.
  • Provide business architecture thought leadership in the digital workforce (RPA) team.

Skill/Job Requirements:

Minimum requirements in order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Minimum Education:
    • B.S. or higher in Technology , Project Management or related experience in a strong technical environment 
    • Non-technical degree with equivalent complex experience acceptable
  • Minimum Experience/Skills:
    • 10+ years Data and Business Information Architecture experience
    • 5+ years of Analytics and Business Intelligence experience
    • 3+ years of Information management experience
    • Experience working in a regulated environment or equivalent
    • Strong Project Management Experience with proven success
    • Business Strategist experience
    • Ability for big picture thinking but also capable of task oriented execution
    • Ability to independently analyze various forms of data provide actionable output
    • Ability to synthesize data and observations to see trends, identify gaps against regulations and make logical recommendations for action
    • Independent thinker, willing to present alternative conclusions or inferences
    • Ability to understand detailed technical information such IT requirements
    • Ability to influence others cross organizationally at various levels
    • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to translate analytical and technical information into effective presentations for business consumption
    • Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with cross-functional teams
    • Solid attention to detail, organization skills and extensive ability to multi-task and project manage across multiple projects/activities in a team setting
    • Must be self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision
