A full-time Senior Laboratory research technician position is immediately available in Dr. Sanidas laboratory at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. The Sanidas lab is involved in investigating new and effective therapies for estrogen receptor-positive metastatic beast cancer. Our group is interested in elucidating novel mechanisms of resistance to targeted cancer therapeutics such as CDK inhibitors. In addition to this, using state-of-the-art technology that includes RNA-sequencing, ChIP-sequencing, Micro-C sequencing and tandem mass tag (TMT) multiplexing Mass Spectrometry, we are investigating the molecular mechanism of action of the Retinoblastoma tumor suppressor protein (RB). Examples of our scientific focus can be find in these publications: Sanidas et al. Molecular Cell 2019, Krishnan et al. Journal of Cell Biology 2022.
