Hays Property have partnered with an extremely successful and leading Asset Management firm in NYC, looking to hire a Senior Hospitality Manager to oversee a number of services including F&B, Conferencing and Events, Travel and Wellness. Your new role
You will be responsible for a sophisticated combination of digitally delivered and placed based Hospitality services across the East Coast, including F&B, Events, Travel, Wellness, Janitorial and Moves. You will also be the lead client relationship manager, providing high end hospitality service delivery and operations.Working closely with the Security and Facility Engineering services as part of a greater Workplace Services team focused on customer experience, professional relationships and data to provide service operations, oversee client feedback requests and drive integrations across hospitality services that return incredible value to the organization.

What you'll need to succeed
• Experience (general or expertise specific) in a similar position, whether overseeing hospitality, workplace services or amenities, bringing a level of sophistication to your approach
• You will have general operations management, including financial management,vendor management, client management, service delivery and team management. You will have experience overseeing these at the highest level
• You are an exceptional communicator that understands audience, tone and delivery to ensure appropriate audience buy-in to support delivery as well as capture feedback
• You have incredible attention to detail, understanding of P+L and budgets, and understanding of market trends in costs and services
