Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Senior Global Digital Marketing Communications Specialist. This is a role well su ited to an ambitious professional, driven by passion to continually raise the bar in the digital promotional space, and looking for the next step in their career. As a Senior Global Digital Marketing Communications Specialist , you will be responsible for:

*Developing and implementing digital promotional strategies to help achieve BL objectives through a variety of marketing communications activities.

*Driving, expanding, and enhancing digital execution of molecular imaging promotional events across all channels globally.

*Leading digital campaign management for the Internet and Intranet, social media, search engine marketing, email campaigns, digital sponsorships, and cross- business initiatives

*Acting as a catalyst for the digital communications process, promoting prioritization, collaboration, effective communications, and overall team efficiency.

*Guiding content strategy through performance measurement, ROI digital assessment, and reporting

*Collaborating with global communications teams on initiatives that position the company as an overall leader in the medical imaging industry and building a strong brand

*Supporting the day-to-day digital operations of events including stakeholder collaboration, global product event planning, and documenting changes.

* You have created and developed digital marketing communications materials for both clinical and marketing teams required to support product marketing plans.

* Experienced in ensuring all content/materials distributed or published are in compliance with healthcare regulatory and legal requirements, as well as with the company's internal approval processes.

* You have ensured marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, and measure and monitor the digital of each project.

* Completed complex projects in advertising and promotional programs, digital campaigns, video, social media, trade shows, internet communications, applications, and special promotions

* You have produced complex reports, digital campaigns, videos, and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness.

* Tracking budgets and projects for the marketing communications department and evaluating supplier and vendor relationships

* You have strong PC skills (MS Office software like Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook) with knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

* BA/BS in Communications, Digital Marketing, English, Journalism, Advertising, or related area

* Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in marketing, digital communications, or advertising

*Demonstrated experience with digital marketing tools (content management systems, marketing automation tools, CRMs, SEO, social media, etc.)

* Skilled at creatively translating business strategies and objectives into targeted, engaging communications. Previous knowledge of working in a healthcare or regulated environment highly desirable

*Ability to define and socialize digital requirements that extend across business and geographic segments

* Strong project management skills with diverse marketing communications experience (i.e., web development, content planning/development, messaging/positioning, brand development/ management, digital communications, social media, etc.)

* Ability to travel 10%

* Excellent English-writing and editing skills, including experience writing for the web. Medical or technical writing would be highly desirable.

* Team- and solution-oriented mindset; enjoys working in a culturally diverse environment.

* Able to manage a variety of assignments simultaneously and work efficiently in a challenging environment with tight deadlines.

* Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.

* Desire to work hard and have fun; gets the job done while setting the bar for others to follow.
