We're seeking a Senior Associate who will join our growing Business Development team dedicated to building and executing best in class partnerships with rights holders in the media & platform space. In this role, you will serve as liaison for DraftKings across the media and technology industries to create lasting relationships and ultimately facilitate near and long-term partnership opportunities for the business.
What you'll do as a Senior Business Development Associate:

• Identify, evaluate, and execute potential opportunities including partnerships, vendor relationships, new business concepts, and other growth initiatives.
  
• Assist in deal structuring and execution of commercial agreements, including strategic partnerships, standard vendor relationships, and intellectual property licensing.
  
• Assist in preparation of senior management deal summaries and executive presentations.
  
• Communicate with various internal stakeholders such as legal, accounting/finance, compliance, analytics/business intelligence to efficiently onboard new partners.
  
• Actively manage existing portfolio of relationships to ensure partnerships are achieving established KPIs and all internal stakeholders are fully leveraging deal assets
  

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
  
• 2-4 years' experience in finance, business development, or commercial deals preferred. Experience in the media and/or technology industry is a plus.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priority projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proven project management experience.
  
• Creative and strategic approach to new partnerships, market strategy, and prospective company analysis.
  
• Strong communication (written/verbal), presentation, and organizational skills.
  
• Proactive approach to project management and a willingness to take ownership of key internal processes. Managerial potential.
  
• Collaboration at every level of the organization.
