Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $89,000.00 - $104,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About this Job

The Business Analyst works with business partners across multiple functions to collect, analyze, design and document business requirements for multiple projects of moderate to high complexity. This position is responsible for formulating and defining systems modifications and enhancements based on both user needs and broad knowledge and understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements, and ensuring they are thoroughly tested. The BA will be part of a highly functioning team to align technology solutions with business strategies. We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to be a part of this team supporting our customers and users.

Essential Functions

  • Collect, analyze, design, and clearly document business and functional requirements of high complexity, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes, in an Agile environment
  • Serve as a mentor and train team members
  • Formulate and define highly complex systems modifications and enhancements based on both user needs and broad knowledge/understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
  • Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Manage application testing; develop test plans, test script and complete acceptance testing for projects of varying degrees of complexity and system upgrades
  • Coordinate communication on application issues between internal customers and external vendors/IT partners as part of the project implementation
  • Create and manage implementation plan for production roll out of new products or processes
  • Develop, document, and enhance system processes, as appropriate
  • Create and update training and administration documentation
  • Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Strong knowledge of wealth management and banking systems
  • Ability to mentor and train team members
  • Strong customer-service, presentation and relationship building skills
  • Effective ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Ability to communicate in user-friendly language to both technical and non-technical end-users
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at a time and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 6+ years experience in a business analyst or similar role required
  • Software testing experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle preferred
  • Large scale project experience preferred
  • Agile methodology experience preferred

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $89,000 to $104,000 annually.
