Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$79,500.00-$127,201.00

This is a great opportunity for experienced individuals with a strong background in consultative services and/or implementing software. A proven track record consulting with software and communication companies is preferred.

Position Details:

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients and CSG team members to translate client business rules into documented software requirements.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Assist with solution identification, and solution configuration.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise, customer advocacy, and analysis through all phases of engagements.
  • Play a pivotal role in client management.
  • Lead a specified work-stream within a project.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments/projects at the same time.
  • Leveraging internal and external tools that integrate with client systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with front end and back-end developers.
  • Manage and assist in completion of project deliverables in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to read and understand technical requirements documents and online documentation.
  • Provide technical and configuration training to new members, on-board new team members to a project.
  • Ability to complete business process re-engineering on specific work-streams.
  • Manage configuration of taxes in the Tax Management system; resolve critical taxation issues by consulting third party tax vendors.
  • Assist in implementing different payment integration such as PayPal, iTunes, Google Play Store, etc.
  • Architect Payment solutions with clients based on best practices.
  • Provide technical and configuration training to new members, on-board new team members to a project.
  • Ability to perform QA Testing against test scripts and present results to project team.
  • Ability to travel 25% on an annual basis.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience required; Master's Degree/MBA is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and documentation software
  • Demonstrated ability to gather technical requirements and perform gap analyses.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
  • 2 - 4 years of consulting experience is desired
  • Experience with web services (JSON, SOAP, XML) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in customer facing application software projects/programs with deep knowledge of IT systems.
  • Software package implementation and/or upgrade experience a plus
  • Media Industry Experience a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Excellent independent learning and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation/demo skills
  • Experience working with issue management software is a plus.
  • Experience and interest in Quality Assurance Testing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project management experience is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent work experience required.
