Job Title: Senior Alliances Manager, New York City

Base Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000

Our ideal Senior Alliances Manager will define the partner strategy, in collaboration with our market leaders and Partner Development Managers, to drive towards our partner goals throughout the year. This person must possess a passion for technology consulting and have experience building and managing relationships with partners and/or clients, as well as proven success supporting sales pursuits. This person will be accountable for the health of our partner business in support of our overall market strategy and growth.

We're looking for an eager self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and is willing to get creative and try something, quickly adjusting to improve outcomes

Market responsibilities:

• Lead and drive alliance strategy for the assigned Slalom market

• Determine and drive key partner revenue goals based on input from overall market strategy, market growth goals, and practice focus areas

• Coordinates with Slalom local market personnel in planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for alliances

• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner and Slalom needs on an ongoing basis

• Drives towards the best client outcomes by bringing together complimentary alliance partners. Working with the PDM, possesses a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including incentive programs, enablement offerings, and success measures and uses this knowledge to drive alliance business.

• Ownership of the overall alliance number for the market & drives Alliance revenue through regular pipeline, opportunity registration and business reviews with partner and internal teams to manage progress against the strategic business plan

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years combined experience in partner management, technology sales, business development, or consulting services in the partner ecosystem

• Persistence, tenacity and prioritization skills. Ability to manage their book of business efficiently and autonomously through people and process management skills.

• Profound understanding of building and executing on Alliance GTM strategies and partner development

• Possesses a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including incentive programs, enablement offerings and success measures

• Strong executive presence and comfort in presenting at the executive level

• Self-starter with natural networking skills

• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce, Data and Analytics, and Cloud product ecosystems

• Experience in managing a pipeline of future projects or opportunities across a diverse team with keen attention to detail, including comfort in managing to a clearly defined revenue plan

• Consistent record of driving return on investment, customer acquisition, and deep executive engagements through creative marketing programs

• Willingness to travel up to 20% for meetings or conferences.
