RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant in Washington, DC.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field required
  • CPA required
  • 3-5 years of Big4 or Big 10 Public Accounting Firm Audit & Assurance experience
  • Fully Integrated Audit experience is very helpful (I.E. internal control testing, etc)
  • Experience conducting audits in accordance with US GAAP and strong working knowledge of GAAP Standards
  • Familiarity with PBC audit preparation, AP & Payroll testing, AR testing, and Account Reconciliation experience, along its application in an audit context
  • Flexible on public versus private experience: Public is preferred, but if private then the candidate should be a strong Senior Accountant coming from SaaS industry
