  • Ensures customer success by identifying opportunities to improve account management practices; positively impacting federal government evaluation of support provided
  • Advises on account set-up and architecture to maximize customer experience
  • Identifies and implements sales tools and dashboards for both internal and external use
  • Lead on customer experience programs
  • Monitors organization's market share, white space and competition; providing analysis for use in strategic planning and presentations

  • Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline, and broadens capabilities
  • Fully proficient in tools, processes and methodologies used by Sales and Segment Leadership
  • Typically follows prescribed guidelines or procedures to resolve problems
  • Works with a moderate level of guidance
  • Manages a team of sales support professionals

  • Functional Knowledge: Has working knowledge of basic concepts and procedures related to account management; performs a variety of routine tasks or assignments
  • Business Expertise: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
