Seeking a part-time client service representative. Must be available to work a flex schedule including Saturday. Must have excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail. Duties include, but are not limited to admin support, scheduling client appointments, writing, typing, scanning, filing, cleaning, providing excellent customer service, computer use, operating a multi-switch phone system, lifting up to 40 pounds, leaning, balancing and bending in order to provide excellent quality and compassionate pet care. Previous customer service/administrative experience essential. Veterinary receptionist experience helpful.
