The Seasonal Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to professionals from mid- January 2023 to mid-April 2023. Reg hours 12pm-5pm M-F, possible Saturday availability.

Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant in Omaha, NE might include the following:

  • Sort incoming mail, deliver internally, and process and post outgoing mail.
  • Answer phones with professionalism and greet clients.
  • Compose and type general correspondence such as memos, letters or reports.
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls, as requested.
  • Assist with various administrative support-type tasks including receptionist duties, when needed.
  • Assist with office errands.

Who You Are
  • You have a strong customer service mentality.
  • You have strong data entry, computer skills and attention to detail.
  • You work well independently and within a team environment.
  • You have the ability to adjust quickly, as priorities in this role change rapidly.
  • You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • You have the ability to work on a seasonal basis - January-April 2023, as well as potentially filling in as needed throughout the year. Reg hours 12pm-5pm M-F, possible Saturday availability.
Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
