Description: Our client is currently seeking a Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract to hire
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Experience managing multiple scrum teams in a complex environment
- Foster a team collaborative environment that tears down silos between groups act in a single voice
- Maintain strong relationships with team and stakeholders
- Develop, coach, and mentor team members to advance their skills and career
- • At least 3-5 years of experience
- LeSS experience
- Mostly soft skills matter!
- Very relationship driven, be able establish a relationship with the developers
- Able to have tough, transparent conversations
- Need to operate independently
