Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH) is seeking a full-time SBA and Company Compliance Specialist. BBCH LLC is an Alaska Native-owned holding company that provides shared services support to different business lines including construction, civil, fuels, and environmental services throughout the United States. This person will be responsible for the maintenance and compliance of approximately 33 different subsidiaries.

This is a REMOTE position.

Salary range: $70,000-100,000 / annual

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining SAM (Systems for Award Management) entity registrations for all 33 subsidiaries (equating to over 110 entity registrations in SAM).
• Helping prepare 8(a) applications (drafting Potential for Success, Two Year Waivers, Devotion of Time, resumes, and project writeups for use in the application).
• Working collaboratively with legal, senior management, finance, and BBNC (parent company) to compile accurate information needed for 8(a) applications and other compliance reporting requirements.
• Facilitating the preparation and filing of 8(a) annual updates for approximately 10 8(a) companies (includes updating business plans, gathering financial information as it relates to primary NAICS revenue targets and BAT (business activity targets and entering data into SBA Certify).
• Gathering and submitting Service Contract Act reports through SAM for ~50 contracts.
• Helping compile SBA Bonafide Office applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working in an administrative role (experience working for an Alaska Native Corporation preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
