The Baer Group is looking for SAP Transportation Lead (TM) Lead for a 9+ month project located in San Francisco, CA.

Title: SAP Transportation Lead (TM) Lead
Location: Remote with Travel to San Francisco, CA
Duration: 9 Months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP TM project implementations, upgrades, and enhancements from conception to deployment.
• Design and configure SAP TM modules to meet business requirements and streamline transportation operations.
• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure SAP TM solutions integrate seamlessly with other business systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP specialists, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented environment.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline; manage resources to meet project goals.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides for end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use the SAP TM system effectively.
• Provide expert guidance and support during critical and complex issue resolutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements in transportation management and SAP systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP TM, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing SAP TM implementations.
• Extensive knowledge of transportation management and logistics processes.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects within designated timelines and budgets.
• SAP TM certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
