Description: Our client is currently seeking a SAP PP /QM
POSITION OVERVIEW : SAP Manufacturing
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP PP/QM Implementation projects Confirm all necessary Mfg. SPRO configuration is in place for the new plant. Update MFG Z tables with new plant codes. Must convert the plant specific Mfg. master data such as BOM?s, Work Center/Resources, Task Lists (Rate Routings/Master Recipes/Inspection Plans), Production Versions, Functional Locations, etc. to the new plant number. Review any custom/configured functionality for hard coded values. Update custom plant specific functionality for new plant. Example, process order COR6 confirmation parameters. Update jobs & variants with plant specific settings for background jobs in PP and QM. Review and test QM outputs & forms for new plant/cc codes. Execute test scenarios for the new plant/cc codes ensuring mfg. functionality works. Go-Live: Close out transactional data such as process orders, inspection lots in old plant. Go-Live: Create new transactional data such as process orders. Go-Live: Ensure raw material inventory is in place.
