Job Details:

I. List essential function(s) of the job.

A. Responsible for cleaning/sanitizing his/her assigned area (equipment and

surrounding floor area) with the use of hig pressure water hose and cleaning

aids.

B. Must be able to work around breader dust and marination

C. Must be able to work in cold temperatures (50 degrees or less)

D. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

II. List muscular/skeletal requirement(s) of the job.

A. Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, squat, climb and walk. (Appx 50 - 70 lbs)

B. Must use eyes to see.

C. Must use fingers and hands to grasp water hose

D. Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time. (approx 3 1/2 hours)

III. List types of equipment required to operate for the position.

High pressure hose

expertise required to perform the job functions.
