Job Description

• Prepare food and feed test samples by splitting, grinding with appropriate grinders, and homogenizing for further testing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and applicable Quality Control Procedures.
• Clean workplace and equipment in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures and general housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and meet productivity and efficiency requirements for sample workflow, and keep department manager informed when capacity constraints are anticipated that may delay completion of work.
• Maintain assigned equipment according to Standard Operation Procedures. Perform any and all Operational Qualifications prior to analysis according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Complete all quality records as required.
• Responsible for scanning and delivering samples to various departments in the lab.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Experience in restaurant food preparation is highly desirable.
• Successful candidates will have superior organizational and time management skills and will be detail oriented. Ability to keep thorough records is essential.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
