Main Purpose

Tradebe is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join its Sales Department and analyze market and competitor trends, sales performance, and pricing and revenue quality to improve and optimize the company revenues. This person will also be a key player in partnering with teams across the organization such as Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to identify opportunities within both existing business and potential new business.

Key job responsibilities

  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to determine sales potential, develop and implement competitive pricing strategies, guide objectives and provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze and monitor competitor pricing and activity, customer engagement, and market trends to develop effective pricing strategies for products and offerings.
  • Apply statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability.
  • Forecast revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes. Recommend pricing strategies.
  • Support sales-driving initiatives by assessing and providing insight from market data, internal sales, pricing and P&L analysis.
  • Compile, analyze and present pricing analysis findings and revenue data to executives, marketing teams, and sales staff.
  • Develop dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends.
  • Identify new market segments and keep informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree (Business field or equivalent preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant analytical experience in a sales, finance, marketing, or business analyst role, ideally with a B2B company
  • Knowledge of industry pricing methods, contract types, understanding of basic metrics
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite; experienced level with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to turn data and complex information into actionable insights through storytelling
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Experience pulling data from ERPs such as SAP is a plus
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus
