As a Sales Executive in Training, you'll generate new business and develop long term business partnerships and provide direction and leadership to help your

What you'll do: Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and develop long term business partnerships with targeted sales activity and strategy.
  • Effectively interview, identify and ultimately motivate Sales Associates while providing constant feedback on performance and coaching.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives through effective use of planned resources.
  • Ensure that all Sales Associates utilize the Salesforce Automation System. Implement an audit procedure to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the top Accountants in the region.
  • Accomplish organizational sales objectives through effective coordination and communication between clients, sales team, and internal support partners.
  • Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public by spending time in the field, at trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars.
  • Update and maintain knowledge of ADP product technology and PC/Windows literacy.
  • Provide back up for the Regional Sales Executive.

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two or more years of business-to-business sales experience
  • An impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory, as well as stellar presentation skills

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Sales Associate with resultant and proven proficiency in selling skills, prospecting and territory management.
  • Experience managing a team of sales associates responsible for generating new business.
