Title: Sales Enablement Specialist
Reports to: 
VP of Sales

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the US

 

Job Summary

We are looking to add two specialists to our Sales Enablement Team. In this job, you will partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the sales teams; determine opportunities for sales enablement and conduct ongoing needs assessments for onboarding new associates and upskilling associates who are out of sales ramp. To do this you will define, manage, and execute learning strategies to enable our Sales teams including e-learning, self-study, and instructor-led techniques that draw from our world class sales training content In addition, you will understand industry patterns and buying trends. You will periodically engage with customers to understand buying point of view new prospects.

 

Role Context

Historically FranklinCovey primarily offered in-person, event-based training. Five years ago, FC launched the All-Access Pass (AAP), an online subscription product where clients and learners could access all of FC’s solutions at once. AAP revenue has grown from $0 - $100MM+ in the last five years, making it among the fastest growing products in edtech history. The company is now doubling down on its product-driven approach, acquiring Strive, an online learning platform used by Slack, Pinterest, and others, and doubling the Platform (product, design, engineering, data) team in 2022. You will play a critical role in assisting client partners as we introduce new customers to our Impact learning platform.

 

Essential Job Functions

Sales Ramp Reduction Work closely with the ramp reduction team to design and implement comprehensive 12-month onboarding for new client partners, Business Development Partners, and Customer Success Team members -Include specific training for each role.

Assist the marketing and products teams in the development of sales messages including scripts for sales decks and proposals and requisite required training.

Develop, manage, and optimize Sales Playbooks and complimentary training Tools to enable our Salesforce to sell more efficiently and effectively, as well as increase our competitive win rate

Manage Sales Enablement-related systems and processes; continually refining and establishing Sales Enablement best practices as our organization evolves over time

Measure and report on the effectiveness of Sales Enablement investments and programs

Drive strong cross-functional cooperation between Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations

Support International Partners in the development and delivery of Sales enablement programs for team members around the globe.



  • 5+ years of experience in an enablement function environment
  • 5+ years of field selling experience in SaaS, EdTech and/or Learning environment
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Zoominfo and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Ability to understand technical platforms and learning content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Curious, Enthusiastic, and enthusiastic about helping sales associate grow business
  • Proven record of working with and influencing all levels and departments the company
  • Entrepreneurial and positive attitude, comfortable being part of an initial build with continuous focus on improvement
  • Ability to travel nationally and globally when required
