Position Summary
Responsible for nurturing and growing an assigned portfolio of small accounts, identifying opportunities, and supporting the overall team with administrative duties related to sales team. To maintain and exceed outbound phone calls, emails and engagement requirements in order to proactively drive sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Nurture relationships and maximizing sales potential with their assigned accounts. Provide upcoming promotions, online training and support agencies to achieve revenue and passenger goals. Identify group opportunities
- Provide consistent feedback to Sales Ops Manager. FSD's, Exec staff on issues and/or suggestions that are frequently requested through our partner channels
- Responsible for maintaining and updating client records and lists in SalesForce, including notes regarding group business, and other potential opportunities, and any changes.
- Achieve daily/weekly callout targets as set by the Sales leadership.
- Support Field Sales Directors, District Sales Managers and Executive staff as requested.
- Monthly reports as requested by Sales Ops Manager & Executive team key partner accounts, EOM sales figures.
- Maintain and update commission policies for all brands and collaborate with accounting to assure commission gets paid correctly and on time
- Update agency and agent details including, online portal access and/or trouble any existing issues.
- Review all assigned inboxes and action requests accordingly daily.
- Ad hoc reports as needed by exec team and Sales Operations Manager
- Other duties assigned
QualificationsEmployment Experience:Minimum three-year travel industry experience.
Technical Skills:PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Salesforce. Preferred but not required: Calypso, Kaptio and Tropics
Communication Skills:Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to build and maintain good working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside the organization
Vision Requirements:Required to look at a computer screen for long periods. Correctable to 20/20 with reasonable accommodation
Physical Requirements:Required to be able to sit for long periods. Required to be able to lift up to 25 lbs. with reasonable accommodation
Other Skills:Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines while being enthusiastic, organized and motivated.
