Location: Fairfield, CT
Description:
Our client is currently seeking an RN Case Manager to cover 3 long term care facilities in Fairfield County.
This initiative is to look after their Medicare Advantage members within these facilities.
The manager is seeking someone with hospital or long-term care experience.
Will consider someone with ER and critical care experience as well.
Hands- on clinical skills such as starting IV and focus clinical assessment would be great.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
Type: 3 to 4 month contract, may go perm
Qualifications & Requirements:
Active CT RN license
BLS cert.
Must be COVID vaccinated
