Better starts and ends with the customer
You will be responsible for the efficient processing of all transactions, using product and system knowledge, to identify customer needs and sell products where appropriate. You will resolve and follow up on pending transactions, escalate where needed, and ensure all are performed in accordance with our compliance rules and regulations. You'll be responsible for testing processes and procedures and innovative products for the retail channel. You will pilot new features and enhancements that will roll out to other Western Union retail locations. You'll create agent-facing communications and technical documents related to new features, enhancements, and product lines.

The annual gross base salary range is $48,112.34 - $76,935.61. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident, and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
