  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive an organization automobile/van
  • Must have Act 33/34/73 Clearances upon hire
  • Bachelors degree OR High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of direct care experience
  • Pre Employment drug screening, Hep-B Screening, Physical and TB

SCHEDULE- Non-Exempt

Friday 11pm-9am

Saturday 11pm-9am

Sunday 11pm-9am

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Residential Care Advisor is a Direct Service position which provides assistance and training to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/Serious Mental Illness. This position is designed to provide quality services to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/ Serious Mental Illness as guided by Positive Practices and Person Centered Planning. This position is directly responsible to the Program Supervisor and is expected to operate with considerable initiative and professionalism. The Residential Care Advisor serves as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and is involved in the planning of services for the individuals. The Residential Care Advisor may have a direct caseload of 2 or more individuals and works with all individuals. In the event of unforeseeable emergencies, staff may be required to stay until relief arrives. Staff will be expected to relocate to another facility/program as needed to meet minimum staffing need for each site.
