This Full-Time, Direct Hire role will give you the opportunity to advance in your Biotechnology career through exciting research that seeks to make a difference! You will work alongside a dedicated team to help you hone your skills, while mentoring members of the R.A. team to help them reach their full potential!

What You Will Be Doing - Design and conduct hands-on research for preclinical immunological studies
- Execute experiments assigned according to project timelines
- Lead project(s) with assigned staff
- Supervise Research Associate(s)
- Contribute proactively to cross functional activities across Research groups and with other departments as needed.
- Document experiments/write study reports according to company protocols
- Present data at internal and external meetings
- Participate in all aspects of laboratory operation and organization
What You Need for this Position - Ph.D. degree in life sciences or equivalent
- 2-4 years post-graduate experience in immunology studies/immunotherapy development
- Expertise in autoimmunity and immune regulation
- Knowledge of basic immunological techniques including culture of mouse and human immune cells, multi-color flow cytometry, Luminex multiplex assays
- Strong ability to review analysis, ELISPOT, TCR and pMHC complex immune-based assays
- Experience with In vitro and ex vivo immune cell assays with cells from mice and humans
- Propose novel approaches and corrective experimental designs
- Design and validate multi-color flow cytometry panels
- Develop and validate novel immune cell assays
