The Repair Coordinator ensures that deadlines are met and communications to all customers (internal and external) are made. Supports the Team's standard logistics and inventory processes. They will be the first line of contact for the Repair 3rd Party Logistics Partners and will provide day to day guidance and capacity planning and targets.

The Repair Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all material transactions related to the Rep Depot operation are completed both timely and accurately. This position is responsible for communicating with other departments such as sales, service, planning and shipping teams. Maintain all packaging supplies to optimal levels and communicating with purchasing to request material and prevent stock outs. Initiates and participates in continuous improvement initiatives for service parts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create weekly schedule for Repair Depot
• Create weekly escalation schedule for 3PL providers
• Participate / Lead weekly meetings with the 3PL providers to ensure process compliance and standardization, along with prompt escalation of issues
• Complete Shipping and Receiving Transactions in Oracle: request internal orders, process UPS orders, complete shipping documentation for all warehouses
• Utilize Forklift to move pallets of products to/from racking and floor and loading area
• Assist with the development and tracking of all department and provider KPIs, including, but not limited to:
  • Availability of all components and maintain adequate stock levels
  • Backorder Requests
  • Escalated console requests
  • Cost per Console
  • Total Inventory
  • Transit time to destination
• Utilize OBI reports to analyze data and trends, and escalate to management as needed
• Will act as a Liaison between the 3PLs and Engineering support staff
• Will act as a Liaison between Life Fitness Service (CSS) and the Repair Team
• Recommend changes to processes or services to fulfill customer needs
• All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 to 3 years Scheduling experience required
• 1 to 2 years Supply Chain experience required
• Current forklift license or ability to receive one
• Strong customer service, analytical abilities, interpersonal communication, and decision-making skills
• Very strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Oracle ERP systems experience preferred
• Life Fitness Console knowledge preferred
• BA/BS preferred, not required
• Multilingual (Spanish / English) preferred, not required
