Job Summary
The Hospital Pre-Arrival Representative (HPR) is responsible for ensuring that all pre-registration and insurance verification/authorization information is secured prior to the patient's arrival on the day of service. The HPR conducts patient/representative interviews to obtain demographic and insurance information, explains hospital procedure guidelines and necessary patient preparations, and confidently communicates patient financial responsibility amounts and facilitates collection.

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Prefer Regristration Experience
- Computer Skills to include use and navigation
- Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Keyboarding
- Multi Line Telephone Operational Skills
- Multitasking
