RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Pittsburgh, PA who is seeking a remote Technical Support person on a contract to hire basis. This candidate will be tasked with automating periodic reporting, change requests, working on incident tickets, submit Jira tickets, and will need to work with IBM vendor on needed basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree (computer science, software engineering, or relevant field) or equivalent work experience required
  • 3-6 years experience required
  • Windows and Linux operating system experience
  • IBM Websphere MQ
  • Scripting experience - bash, ansible, python
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Must be able to work some overtime
  • Good Communication skills
