Located in Tucson AZ., this Wildly disruptive tech company is developing antenna and radar sensor technology with their team of leading experts in millimeter wave frequency engineering. Their products are geared toward a variety of markets including automotive, telecommunications, aerospace, and research for applications such as autonomous transportation, 5G delivery, and drones. Due to recent demand and need for expansion they are in need of an incredibly talented Firmware Engineer!
(On-site preferred, but remote is an option depending on experience)
What You Will Be Doing An advanced embedded DSP Firmware engineer will develop production-ready, real-time embedded signal processing for ARM processors. Will support in analyzing, developing, and optimizing DSP algorithms for real-time performance on the target device. Lead the implementation and testing of these algorithms on targeted hardware and software for automotive radar sensor systems.
What You Need for this Position 3-5 years experience with:
- Firmware Engineering (DSP)
- Bare-metal and RTOS DSP programming for
- Cortex M and Cortex A processors.
- (Some exceptions may apply)

Substantial experience with:
- Python
- MATLAB
- DSP Algorithms
- Coding - C, C++

Experience with the following is a plus:
- MIMO
- Modulation
- NXP S32R4 SoC
- Tracking
- mmWave
- Hands-on experience with hardware-based accelerators, SIMD,
physical layer implementation, prototyping, and testing/debugging.
- Runtime optimization of advanced algorithms
